Another driver has crashed at a notorious bend on Bills Lane in Shirley, with emergency services called after a car left the road and collided with a tree.
Live pictures from the scene show the vehicle badly damaged following the incident.
West Midlands Police and medics were quickly on the scene after the crash. The driver was the only person in the car, although there has been no statement yet confirming their condition or whether they were taken to hospital.
The latest incident has once again raised questions about the safety of the bend, which has become notorious among local residents, one of whom, George Dennings described the corner as being "the most dangerous corner in the UK".
The corner has been the scene of 36 crashes this year alone. Many of those incidents have involved vehicles crashing through the wooden fence surrounding Woods Farm Christmas Trees.
Mr Dennings stated the numbers of crashes is "almost certainly" due to the lack of light on the corner at night, the common speeding on Bills Lane, and the lack of signage of the corner.
The fence has reportedly had to be replaced 97 times over the years, according to insurance claims relating to damage caused at the location.

The latest crash is different from many of the previous incidents, with the vehicle coming to rest against a tree rather than crashing through the fence.
The bend has become a familiar concern for people who regularly use Bills Lane, with locals claiming that some drivers travel at excessive speeds along the road.
However, residents have also questioned whether the road provides enough warning of the bend.
The corner can appear relatively suddenly to drivers approaching it, and questions have been raised over the lack of prominent signage warning motorists of the sharp change in direction.
With crashes continuing to occur, there are growing calls for action to make the location safer.
The issue is not new. Residents and those connected with the Woods Farm site have raised concerns about crashes at the corner for years, with repeated damage to the roadside fence highlighting the consequences.
The latest incident has therefore renewed questions over whether more could be done to prevent vehicles from leaving the road in the first place.
While speeding is likely to be a factor in some incidents, residents have questioned whether improved warning signs, road markings or other measures could help drivers negotiate the bend safely.
Many councils up and down the country are using road signs, bought off of Amazon such as the one below, to help improve road safety.

What's Up Solihull has approached Solihull Council for comment on the latest crash and to ask what action, if any, it plans to take at the Bills Lane bend.
The council had not provided a response at the time of publication.
There has also been no confirmation from police or other emergency services regarding the circumstances of the latest collision or the condition of the driver.
The bend remains a concern for motorists and nearby residents, with the latest crash adding to a long history of incidents at the location.
