Women across Solihull are being invited to lace up their walking shoes and join the Solihull Women's Stride Squad for an evening walk through Malvern and Brueton Park.
The group meets every Wednesday evening at the main gates of Malvern and Brueton Park on New Road, with walkers asked to arrive at 6.45pm ahead of a 7pm start.
The walks are designed to be relaxed and social, giving women the opportunity to get outside, walk with others and have a chat along the way.
A recent reminder from the group encouraged women to meet at the park gates for the evening walk.
Where does the walk start?
The meeting point is at the Malvern and Brueton Park main gates on New Road, Solihull, B91 3EA.

Walkers are asked to arrive from 6.45pm, with the walk getting underway at 7pm.
The group provides a regular opportunity for women to get involved without needing to commit to a formal running or fitness club.
More than just a walk
The Stride Squad is part of a wider community of walking groups in Solihull aimed at bringing people together through walking and conversation.
The idea is simple: rather than walking alone, members can meet up with other local people and spend time chatting while getting some exercise.
A local health and wellbeing organisation previously highlighted the group as a supportive community where women can walk, talk and stay active.
That makes the Wednesday evening walks particularly suited to anyone who might want to become more active but doesn't necessarily want to join a gym or take part in competitive sport.
Who can join?
The group is aimed at women in and around Solihull, and the walks are presented as relaxed and welcoming.
You don't need to be an experienced walker to take part.
The group has previously encouraged people simply to turn up at the meeting point and join the walk.
For anyone considering going for the first time, arriving shortly before 6.45pm gives you the chance to find the group before the walk begins.
When is the next walk?
The Solihull Women's Stride Squad currently holds its regular walk on Wednesday evenings, meeting at 6.45pm before setting off at 7pm.
The meeting point is:
Malvern & Brueton Park main gates
New Road
Solihull
B91 3EA
The walks offer a simple way to spend an evening outdoors while meeting other women from the local community.
For those who have been meaning to get out walking more often, the weekly Stride Squad could provide an easy reason to take that first step.
