Solihull residents are being asked which council services they would protect and where they believe spending could be reduced.
Reform UK's group on Solihull Council has launched a survey as it prepares an alternative budget ahead of the council's next budget-setting process.
Residents can choose services they want protected, including bin collections, adult social care, children's services, homelessness support and libraries.
They are also being asked where cuts should be made, with options including senior management pay, councillor allowances, external consultants, council reserves and commercial ventures such as Mell Square.
Reform UK group leader Samantha Gethen said residents should have a say before any further council tax rises are considered.
Solihull Council increased council tax by 4.99% for 2026/27. The authority has also warned it could need Government permission for increases of up to 9.99% in 2027/28 and 2028/29, although neither increase has been approved.
Reform UK says it will examine the council's finances and publish its alternative budget ahead of the formal budget process.
