Police are appealing for information after a man was stabbed during an alleged robbery on Stratford Road in Shirley.
The incident happened at around 4.20pm on Saturday 12 September, outside the Aldi and Big John's on Stratford Road.
The attack happened in front of shoppers, with the victim suffering injuries which were not life-threatening.
Officers attended the scene and a police cordon was put in place while detectives investigated what had happened.
A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of robbery and Section 18 wounding.
He has since been bailed pending further enquiries as the investigation continues.
Police are now appealing to anyone who witnessed the attack or has information which could help identify what happened.
