Pink Floyd fans will have the chance to hear two of the legendary band’s most celebrated albums performed live when tribute act Think Floyd arrives in Solihull next week.
The group will take to the stage at The Core Theatre on Tuesday, October 27, and Wednesday, October 28, with both performances starting at 7.30pm.
The 2026 production features complete performances of The Dark Side of the Moon and Wish You Were Here, two landmark albums that helped establish Pink Floyd as one of rock music’s most influential bands.
The shows will also feature a selection of songs spanning Pink Floyd’s career, from the early Syd Barrett era through to The Division Bell.
Think Floyd is known for its attention to detail, musicianship and efforts to recreate the sound and atmosphere of the original band. The performances will be accompanied by an immersive laser light show.
The tribute act has also received praise from Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason, who described the group as “brilliant”.
The Solihull dates offer local fans an opportunity to experience the band’s music in a live theatre setting, without travelling further afield to see the touring production.
