The forward reached 842 career points in the Barons’ win over the Deeside Dragons on Monday, October 19, taking him past the previous record of 839 held by fellow club great Steve Chartrand.

The achievement comes as the Barons sit top of their league, giving the club another reason to celebrate during a strong campaign.

Chartrand’s previous record of 839 points had stood as the benchmark for the club, making Ottosson’s achievement a significant moment in the Barons’ history.

By reaching 842 points, Ottosson has moved three points clear of the former record, cementing his place at the top of the club’s scoring standings.
